We are STILL open

Despite the new Stage 4 restrictions in Victoria, we want to assure you that Vintessential Laboratories are in Dromana are allowed to STAY OPEN for business from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, and we will continue to support you as best we can.

We are committed to the safety of our team and customers. In keeping with the latest advice, we are taking all steps necessary to reduce the possibility of transmission of the COVID-19 virus. These changes include:

• If you intend to visit our laboratory, please call ahead on 1300 30 2242.
• Our door will be locked but we have placed a collection box outside our front door where you can leave any samples.
• If you’d like to collect any products from the lab, please also call ahead and we will leave your order in the collection box for you.
• You can still send your samples to us by courier or Australia Post. Please be aware that transit times may increase due to the new Stage 4 restrictions.
• To minimise the risk of in-person contact, we will no longer be doing personal pickup of samples or drop-off of products at your premises.

All our products are, of course, still available to order, with reduced freight charges, at any time on our website: www.vintessential.com.au/.
