YAN Standards

This kit contains 8 standards for the measurement of Yeast Assimilable Nitrogen (YAN) content of juices on automated discrete analysers.

Used together these standards are suitable for the calibration of Vintessential test kits Primary Amino Acid Nitrogen for Discrete Analysers 500 tests and Ammonia kit for Discrete Analysers 500 tests.

The standards are prepared in a 10% ethanol solution to match the wine matrix and are suitable for use as quality control standards in all spectrophotometric instruments.
