Vintessential test kits are based on absolute science. Each reaction involves an enzymatic or colourmetric reaction whereby the change in absorbance is able to be measured. This can be measured by a spectrophotometer with the use of a product data sheet and calculation spreadsheet or with Absorbance One customised software.
