L-Malic Acid auto

This kit has been designed to work perfectly with our new Chemwell Discrete Analysers (and Thermo’s Arena and Gallery Analysers). All the volumes are set to run out at the same time, so you won’t suffer any wastage.

Malo-lactic fermentation occurs in wine when MLF bacteria convert malic acid to lactic acid. This spectrophotometric assay accurately determines the levels of malic acid, allowing MLF progress to be monitored and ensuring that conversion is complete.
