Combined Standards
This kit contains six vials of varying concentrations of the main wine components analysed enzymatically. The 6 calibration solutions in the kit each contain the following compounds:
- D-Glucose & D-Fructose, concentrations ranging from 0g/L to 20g/L
- L-Malic Acid, concentrations ranging from 0g/L to 3g/L
- Acetic Acid, concentrations ranging from 0g/L to 2g/L
