Yeast Assimilable Nitrogen (YAN) Test Kit
Description
The YAN testing kit is comprised of both the Ammonia and Primary Amino Acid Nitrogen Enzymatic Test Kits.
We've simply packaged these together for your convenience.
Measuring YAN is the only way to accurately determine the amount of available nitrogen in juice prior to fermentation. Nitrogen levels can then be adjusted before fermentation starts with the addition of DAP or other nutrients.
