QuickStix for Botrytis in Grape Juice 25 test strip monitoring kit
Description
The QuickStix Kit for Botrytis is an excellent tool for use during pre-harvest monitoring and processing. In wine grape juice, this kit rapidly detects and measures the primary cause of bunch rot, Botryitis cinerea. The novel testing system helps vineyards, laboratories and winemakers make better decisions on harvesting, segregation and fermentation. The QuickStix Strip uses an antibody that recognizes a specific Botrytis antigen in grape juice, giving a "yes/no" result. An optical reader to quantify the amount of Botrytis in the strip is also available.
NB This kit does not detect laccase. Use this kit to test for Botrytis infection before laccase becomes a problem
